You can spiral curls with setting spray and a curling iron or pin curls or a flat iron but it may be easier to go to a salon and have them do the curls for you. It's had to do spiral curls on the back of your own head. If your hair is long enough you can use Clairol Hot Sticks. when you make spiral curls with a curling iron the curls will be tighter and more even if you don't overlap the hair on the barrel.

I'm not sure why youd want all of your hair in spirals though? I dont know how to help you with that.
