Well seeing as though u already have a fringe why dont you get them trimmed and get face framing pieces that make your face stand out, or you can wait untill your hair grows out and do sth else with it, or you can grow your fringe out a little and sweep it off to the side i think all of those ideas would suit your face shape and skin color the most good luck :) and have fun cutting your hair,LOL!
