i really like that hair. is it short hair with extensions in them?

i have hair 4-5" past my shoulders so its kinda long, could i get my hair cut like that? is it possible? dont tell me to bring the picture to the salon, i already know that,. will the hair come out the same if i cut it to look like i have extensions?

yea it looks like she has extensons OR her hair was very long and she got top layers got shorter than the rest of her hair you wouldnt need extensions....good luck=D
