Hair cut/style ideas?

I'm bored with my hair and need some ideas. Does anyone have any pictures or ideas of what they think would look best on me? Color and length do not matter because I will color it, cut it, or grow it if the style is best for me. Here are a few pictures of me. Thanks!

I think if you had a punked out pixie (in the color of your choice) you would look really good. Or if you got short razor layers (check out yahoo avatars, look for it) to your shoulders.

I think you might look good in a really bright color, like fire red.
