Which hair cut and color is the best (Pics - of all of my haircuts)?

My hair is now inbetween the shortest i have had it and the longest..should i grow my hair out or should i cut it again!?

any comments on colors, i'm not afraid of wild colors either so anything you think would be nice just tell me.

i'm thinking about peek a boo highlights but i'm not sure

i think the lighter color goes better with your skin tone, the dark was a little too harsh.

i think about 2 inches past shoulder length would suit you well.

and it looks really cute with curls!

The side bangs look the best. Try side bangs, with the brown with reddy highlights, and a longer hair style with layers then curl it. That always looks good. Hope this helps!
