Every time I get a hair cut...the bottom ends curl out, when I want them to curl in. My head looks like a bell! I don't put anything in it or blow dry or anything. But even when I cut off the curls and cut my hair where it was straight before...it curls out again! Is there anything I can do to change this? Is it the way it is brushed?

It could be that your hair is just naturally wavy like that.
But you can also use a round bristle brush to curl them in. Or try a straightening iron to flatten out the tips.

I have the same problem!
But 1 side curls in. the other curls out.
Its the way your hairdresser cuts your hair.
I really dont know of anyway to get rid of it.
